What about when he used his telephone service to summon a genie presumably stronger than Sportscus?

The fact that he used the telephone service and not his own physical power to do it shows that it shouldn't scale to his AP at all.

AP is not who you summon or who/what you command. The only exception is Pokemon Trainers. Because they are a team at all times.

Nothing. We seemed to agree that the changes are uncessary. His AoE "spell" wasn't an attack and it didn't cause any damage physically. We can't change his AP based on what it actually is.
