New application of Soft & Wet's plundering ability

So in Jojolion chapter 91, it seems like Gappy uses Soft and Wet's bubbles to instantly knock out a hospital worker.

Should this be added to Gappy's page, and what power would this be classified as?

Broken link, but it appears to be ko via a loud concussive pop noise or some internal damage (like what happened to Secco), so probably sound manipulation or biological manip, leaning toward sound. Technically isnt new, wouldnt give him anything he hasnt shown before.
