Going by what Oliver said, he only scales to Mother Harlot, Beelzebub and Alice, none of which are infinitely above baseline.

There's no indication Personae scale to demons unless you want to argue SMT if's MC being on Persona 1 and 2 as a way to scale those to 2-A.
