Lucia would definitely have the advantage in speed with Quick Heart, but I suppose Yamato's ability to resurrect his user would also come into play. It almost seems to be incon.

Lucia resists Spatial Manipulation and has Dimensional Travel to escape BFR

She'll have the speed advantage and has Time Stop
