3. Mandarin in prime, uses Chi, wears & sears Makluan Power Rings, rides Dragon of Heaven & Jet Car, and has Heart of Darkness, Eye of Yin, Interceptor Ray, Killer Satellite & Space Station.

4. 1-on-1 death battle.

5. No interference or holding back allowed.

Yes! Finally at last someone decided to comment, I have been waiting for a while! Anyways, I took Mandarin's stuff from his Marvel Earth-616 profile from the Marvel Wiki.

I'm going to give this to Mandarin, as I think with his intelliegence, the power of his rings, and the overwhelming homewield advantage with the Dragon of Heaven, satalite, and it being in his city and all. The rings alone would give Neo a challenge, but I'm not sure of the true limits of his reality warping.

But with Neo's physical emphasis, and martial prowess I see Mandarin's vanity getting the better of him. In an effort to prove his true superiority he would want a duel of their martial skills. I think Neo has the edge here with his download of an uncounted number of martial arts, and slight precognition. But I still think Mandarin is competent enough to compete and retreat when needed, relying more on his pwoers and tech.
