Necrozma VS Four: Ultra Value

Let a bad argument slide on Four VS Vegeta, but this time I won't be as lenient so let's a go and debunk the points.
1. As I said on another thread, mutaliation isn't in character as a 1st move. He only used around 3 times and 2 of the times are off screen. Compared to the plenty of times he used zappies or screeches, Four isn't auto turning necrozma into a chair. In fact, the only time we saw him on screen, he just crushed him and made him smaller.
2. I would like to debunk that in an instant he can handwave and cross the 100,000 KM. In the show itself, it took multiple seconds for him to move a quarter of a distance with his whole arm. It would take multiple seconds to move 100,000 KM, but by then he gets blasted with light that burns the sky

It is an in character move, a secondary move. He did it out of annoyance, when Foldy tried to tell Four to shut up. Just because he did it once or twice doesnt mean it wouldnt be in-character.
Take a look at someone with optional equipment. Just because its seen once only doesnt mean it would be OoC for them to do it if they had it.

He did it once or twice compared to the dozens of times he zapped them or screeched them. That would be considered OOC, at least as a 1st move (Which is what matters here).
And the difference between optional equipment is that X character only had it for a limitied time, Four always had the option to mutaliate, he didn't, he resorts to other things. Four would be long dead by the time he realizes to deform Necrozma.

Okay, so Ultra Nevrozma's light can illuminate all of Ultra Space, which is supposedly universe sized, and was doing it almost constantly for most of its life, so it should just auto vaporize 4.
