I'm not sure, he's just labeled as having Interplanetary range, and iirc the thing he used to get his 4-B tiering had said AoE

I believe I found it. Its Sunsteel Strike, and it seems big for sure. It charges up heat and rams into the opponent causing a mass explosion seen from space. Is this what you mean?

If youre talking about the Interplanetary range in Ultra, that is probably just from lighting the universe. From all the moves it can do, only Sunsteel Strike seems to be the AoE. The "AoE" you mention is only him spreading the light across the Ultra Space, which it doesnt do in combat.

Im referring to the Z-move Ultranecroznium Z gives, Light that Burns the Sky. If you were referring to the need to dance and fill the aura, yes, thats a game mechanic. But if youre referring to it ACTUALLY doing the move, it needs time to generate the massive ball.

I'd like to add that if Ultra Necrozma needs to be static while charging any given move, Four can mutilate super easily

But would the blast (while being charged) be big enough to destroy the hand completely? Otherwise, youre only going to obliterate about a finger of it, but that regenerates overtime and fast.

again, it matters how long it takes necrozma to charge any given attack as well as if he needs to remain statc while doing it

Necrozma has universal range so it should.
