His type 9 is only because his 3-D form is a projection. It doesen't apply to him in hell.

Necro's mind manip is pretty simply just mind control, but it works on a 1-C range
His possession comes from a small, extremely weakened fragment of himself possessing the corpse of the Astronaut and the entire population of a space mining colony
