Even with her skills dulled, Saber Alter is very skilled and still has great instincts. She was able to destroy three pairs of kanshou and backuya at once even with her dulled instincts. Plus, Excalibur Morgan is even stronger than normal Excalibur, and is spammable. Saber Alter wins.
