Natsu One Shot's hard, all of his moves are Fire Dragon Slayer Moves, Exeggutor is weak to Dragon and Fire type moves, and Natsu uses both Simultaneously, even if Exeggutor has the higher AP, Natsu's resistant to all his attacks and has an incredible advantage against him

Natsu's Dragon Slayer Advantage still wins here, Natsu as a 7-C with Dragon Slayer Advantage, is able to Damage a 7-A+ Dragon, the huge boost of Dragon Slaying Advantage probably One-Shots

If we're doing verse equalization like that, Exeggutor's physiology makes it only take twice the damage from dragon killing attacks rather than x amount. Plus, boosts aren't one-to-one. And Exeggutor's a dragon in the same way Natsu is: Not traditionally.
