You do know that the spirits got absorbed off screen right? There's no actual time frame of how long it took for Franmalth's soul hax to even kick in, and nothing about the scene when THEY were getting absorbed was it implied they resisted it when Franmalth made no comment of how it was difficult to rip their souls out.

Natsu wasn't going to give up his soul, franmelth refer to it, cause you can easily tell it by his expression that he is facing problems while absrobing their soul

Also since its a crt, i also want to bring about kyria(blade dragon slayer ) ability,

As we know she didn't have Empathic manipulation, but she can cast illusion and control ppl, so Illusion creation+ Mind comtrol(like Genjutsu) or just Mind control, her Empathic manipulation should be removed

At best that would just give a limited soul manipulation resistance. Being stubborn was just delaying the inevitable if you were to high ball it. If they were to flat out be unaffected by the soul hax Franmalth would've commented on how it wasn't working at all.

You can edit something like that, resistance to soul absorption( but later he was saved by lucy).

Also with New 100yq chapter, it looks like gray have resistance to pain manipulation

I still think Minor Resistance to Soul Absorption should be in the profiles rather than plain resistance.

Lacarde has Soul Manipulation in her profile and Gildarts and Zeref resisted this and gained Soul Manipulation Resistance, but Laxus does not have this Resistance in her profile.
