Where does Romulus rank among the Lancers in terms of lore power levels?

I know he has EX Imperial Privilege that he can pass around to others, fame boost via anywhere he puts his spear as Roma, he actively suppresses his divinity to non-existence, and his NP being apparently comparable to Rhongomyniad due to being the symbol of beginnings to its symbol of the end. Other than that, I'm drawing a blank.
 
He should be one of the strongest Roman Heroic Spirits. Lore-wise, he should at least be comparable to Vlad, if not significantly stronger.
 
In her interlude, Lancer Arturia couldn't make him budge an inch with the same lance that insta-killed Mordred.
 
The strongest Roman hero, given thay he literally founded Rome, and it shows in just how broken his skills and NP are. Probably better than Saber and on par with Lancer Artoria and such.

It does make sense though, since Rhongomyniad and Magna Voluisse Magnum are said to be equals.
 
Interludes also give such info like that as well. Some weird, but they definitely give off more than when the character in question first appears. Like the Rhon and MVM thing Rep said, or stuff like EMIYA explaining the different types Servants can fall into like Earth or Sky.
 
You know what I hate

That the Goddess Rhongoniad theme doesn't play when Lancer Artoria uses her NP

I know it's technically the goddess's theme, but still.... it sounds so good!
 
Are we at any point going to give all Servants

-> Resistance to poison manipulation (completely fine with the magic poisonous fog in London)

-> Resistance to Soul Manipulation (don't get their souls ripped out by Goetia's eyes)

-> Resistance to Life / Death Manipulation (have some resistance to Loptr Laegjar via being "not proper Life and are merely Ether in the form of past individuals")

People are arguing he dies of oxygen poisoning when he doesn't even need oxygen and all servants resist the demonic fog, that subliminal messages aren't mind manipulation so he gets turned into a snail, and that High 7-C shields can block 7-B or higher attacks.
 
We don't have enough feats to really say. Romulus is a top-tier hero like Karna so they're at least comparable. That said, Karna has more raw power and while Romulus has eternal fame-boost and greater versatility via his skills, Magna Voluisse Magnum can't compare to Vasavi Shakti.
