One Piece is downplayed the worst. The best wank for it i've seen is 6-A nonsense ("Continent splitting" and comparing WB and Shanks clash to Saitama splitting the sky rofl). But for speed, yeah it gets wanked quite a lot (Rel+ Luffy for dodging beams, even tho it was aim-dodging... k)
Naruto and Bleach are both wanked evenly but at least Bleach got downgraded. Tier 3 and 2 stuff is hilarious tho.

Tbh Bleach definitely gives the fans good reason to believe in like 2-C Bleach. Considering they rarely do anything in the real world you find it hard to see how hard they hit. Then you have the whole souls thing and combining 3 worlds with ranges from planets to whole universes. Then you have transcended Ichigo and the Hogyoku so I really dont blame them very much.

The main reason for this is the fanbase's size, the one with the larger fanbase will always stick our because of the huge qaunitity, with that in mind you also have to remember while One Piece is really huge in Japan it's not nearly as popular in the rest of the world, at it's peak Bleach was far more popular in non japanese parts around the world and to top that off Naruto was a huge juggernaut in the western world, Naruto got so popular in the west that it is the main reason why Viz Media became such a large manga publisher in the first place, coupled with the fact that by the mid 2000's the anime aired in the states and it caused an even bigger explsoion around the world, you ended up with naruto marketing shovved down your throat, I mean Ubisoft starting making Naruto games to jump on the Hype train.
By the start of the early 2010's Bleach was starting to fade and One Piece started picking up steam and Naruto wasn't as popular as it once was but was still above its competitors for a while, pushing out movies, games etc. and as such the rest of the world has had a far larger exposer to Naruto than the other HST which results in the large fanbase, and we all know the larger the fanbase the more toxic as even the Minority of wankers will stand out just because of the sheer quantity
