Naruto to Boruto Discussion Thread

You know, I would really like it if Boruto disappeared from the Manga for like 8 chapters and focused just on Kawaki & Sarada.
  1. Shikamaru sends Kawaki, Sarada, Team 10 (Minus Inojin), Himawari & Konohamaru to the sand as the leaf’s delegation.
  2. Hidari would be on a mission off-screen like Matsuri was, MIA from any Sarada combat.
  3. Yodo and her teammate escort Konoha Group to where Gaara is, but at the same time, Matsuri & Ryu are there.
  4. Konohamaru, Sarada, Team 10 & Hima fight Matsuri while Kawaki fight’s Ryu on his own.
  5. Ryu and Kawaki are evenly matched with Kawaki still not using True Essence yet and Matsuri is almost defeated when Sarada uses her MS for the first time as Matsuri would be initially stomping the group.
  6. Ryu saves Matsuri & retreats while Kawaki absorbs the chakra out of Shinki’s Sealing Jutsu or Portals Gaara out like they did Naruto.
  7. When Boruto enters back into the story, he is being told by Koji that it is time to take Code out once and for all and they prepare to ambush HIM.

Spot on.

Just like, Kaguya took planet's chakra = She can only destroy/create a planet. Some people's logic.

Chakra can be amplified to create any effect depending on the skill/experience of the user. Like a ninja can destroy a mountain with the same quantity of chakra another user destroyed a chair with. And scale is just one aspect of potency. The main aspect is effectiveness.

I know but I feel like they can do it and get away with it and Boruto’s return would be INCREDIBLE!! I think Sarada, Hima, Kawaki and Konohamaru as the main focus supported by the rest of the cast sans Boruto can hold up the Manga for 2 volumes.

Iruka is a certified Kage level shinobi, held back by a corrupt system that has him limit his power to keep up his fraud appearance but has him secretly tasked to watch over Naruto just in case he would have been overwhelmed by the Nine Tails chakra. Only then would Iruka reveal his true power and floor Naruto/Kurama, but alas, that time never needed to come.

* Madara Uchiha
Domain Expansion: Tengai Shinsei
A barrier-less Domain in which Madara can summon massive meteors to decimate his opponents and the surrounding environment. He survives the attack by using his Barrier Technique, Susano'o.

* Minato Namikaze:
Domain Expansion: Flying Raijin
A barrier-less domain in which Minato can mark anyone within a 1 Kilometer radius with a sealing formula, which allows him to teleport them anywhere he sees fit within the Domain's range. He can also freely teleport himself.

* Jiraiya:
Domain Expansion: Mount Myoboku
Jiraiya creates a replica of Mt. Myoboku within a sealed barrier, and within the barrier he can freely absorb Nature Energy to enter 'Sage Mode', which allows him complete control of the surrounding environment. A domain in which Gaara creates a desert landscape where he has full control of the sand it contains, including the ability to fully merge with the surroundings himself as if he were the desert itself.

funny enough Ikemoto is the person who has worked on the franchise longest, between 1999 and 2024, 2015 is the only year that ikemoto didnt work on anything related to the IP , even if we assume boruto ends on it's tenth anniversary , it would still 26 years year (minus 2015) of work

In all seriousness tho Ikemoto's art has gotten pretty good a lot of the time, but I wouldn't call him damn good, especially considering a lot of P1's art
