Kabuto is smart and skilled asf, and can amp himself with Military Ration Pellets. He can also ignore durability with the Chakra Scalpel. So I don't wanna say Naruto totally stomps, but I do favor him quite a bit. We know Naruto outstats him given a weaker Naruto could swap hands with a stronger Orochimaru cells-amped Kabuto. Then we factor in the fact that Naruto has answers to Kabuto's genjutsu (Kurama) and chakra scalpel (Regen), in addition to insane moves like the (potentially Kurama amped) Chō Odama Rasengan Barrage, and I think it's quite safe to say Naruto wins 9/10.
Then there's Orochimaru, who's quite debilitated without his arms and like 90% of his versatility, which is primarily what makes him dangerous. So even if we say Naruto can't kill him due to his weird ass physiology, he can definitely force to retreat and thus win the encounter.
Finally, Manda, while incredibly powerful, will just get countered by a team-up of Gamabunta/Gamakichi and a thousand Naruto clones.
So, yeah, Naruto mid-ish diff.

Even if they had equal stats, Naruto would easily outlast. And I do believe Naruto is a fair bit stronger than deathbed Kimimaro, so he wins low diff.

Nard, unless Kakashi gets lucky with a Kamui snipe. But his accuracy wasn't great this early on, so, it's highly unlikely imo. It's still Coccashi tho, so Naruto wins mid diff.
