I don't think the most potent hax with FEATS is from any shinjutsu
I personally think Tsukuyomi is the best hax by far in the verse. Straightforward usage. No prep time needed. No conditional draw back. Extremely potent.

I can't think of a lot of shonen verses that will survive Tsukuyomi
It may not be the most powerful hax in-verse, but it's a steal for cross-verse debates
