If you mean than Base Jiraiya, yes (my opinion on the MS amp has actually improved as the raws say it's a many times amp rather than several). Although I don't agree with the unconventional method I used anymore as idt AS Naruto~Base Jiraiya anymore

Code probably has some levels of regeneration to produce that much blood iron.

Pm all the Bijuu 1-8 are relative and Kurama is just stronger than them. If you’re asking about stuff like hierarchy it’s probably 1-7 =< 8 < 9 < 10

Yeah, it's basically 1-7 =< 8 =< 50% 9, and 1-7 + 8 + 9 = 10, until Boruto Era, at which point 9 > OG 10, but < Current 10.
