i think scaling Minato's rasengan to 7 tails as oppose to the full kurama, is kinda smart but im not entirely sure tho.

At best you can possibly just argue Tsunade's healing > Nine Tails poisonous chakra > Sakura's healing. I doubt Minato would get anything from this besides a nice endurance feat.

Kaguya, it'd give us probably some more scaling for God tiers that would hopefully make actual sense.
If I could choose Boruto characters, I'd choose Momoshiki for the same reason.
