Alright, well this is my last one for now:

Base War Arc Naruto vs Hidan & Kakuzu.

Does Naruto here solo both together?

1v1? Maybe
Together? Nah

Their suicidal way of fighting is a hassle for those who aren't all that superior to them in stats

Kakuzu would have his 5 hearts
Rasenshuriken only destroyed like 2

+He has to fight without shedding a single drop of blood

If I'm being fr it's kinda hard to say as Minato is the only one of my favourite characters who I feel hasn't been explored thoroughly enough. Ig if I had to say, Deidara, Kisame, Tobirama, or Hiruzen.

What are your thoughts on the fact that Minato made the Rasengan to counter Bijuudamas?

I think it's definitely a good argument to argue that Kushina's Rasengan would be Bijuudama level if she learned it, and quite possibly Minato's. Though Han and Roshi's Bijuudamas don't necessarily scale to the Bijuudamas used in the WA as those seem more charged, but I think there's a decent argument for them to scale to basic Bijuudamas. Also does line up with Minato using it to clash with a partially charged Bijuudama from 7T of Kurama's chakra leaked out.

I think it's pretty implied that the rasengan was supposed to allow minato to output biju level attacks here. It's kinda the whole point of the clash imo and the statements leading up to it in the chapter so I think from a narrative standpoint it would at least scale somewhat to the other biju

Island level, far higher with Purple Lightning (After years of training, his power had grown by leaps and bounds compared to his War Arc self[99] [4.3 Gigatons])
Shouldn't Kakashi be higher with this since he managed to fight Koji who's likely 5B?
likely Planet level (Should be comparable to Delta, as he was confident in being able to fight her. Traded blows with 10% Jigen), higher with Sage Mode (Briefly traded blows with Isshiki, although the latter was very casual and likely holding back)
