Sarada wouldn't scale to the Boruto Stream tmk. She has no connection to it, so she'd just scale to her own feats/higher than Base Boruto in this key

Correction of a correction, he's 3 meters. I was checking over the calc and noticed that I forgot to add things in properly. New value is 8.48 kilotons, yay
