Naruto to Boruto Discussion Thread

I'm starting to wonder if Hagoromo actually gave Naruto and Sasuke their power ups (SPSM and Rinnegan, respectively)

For Naruto, he got Chakra from all 9 Bijuu. The Bijuus even noted that Obito specifically gave Naruto the missing tailed beast Chakra so he can have the full set. This makes Naruto a pseudo Juubi Jinchuuriki which gave him access to Six Path Senjutsu/Sage Mode.

As for Sasuke, when Madara stabbed and nearly killed him, Kabuto saved him by injecting Hashirama cells into him. Not only that, but before Sasuke tried to jump Madara, Hashirama gave Sasuke all his remaining Chakra. Which is probably a lot given it's from an Edo Tensei. So Sasuke has the prerequisites of obtaining a Rinnegan, which is combining Ashura's Chakra with Indra's Chakra to create Hagoromo's Chakra, and being at the verge of death. (Though the last one is probably headcanon). Madara also has Hashirama cells and Chakra within him, and his Rinnegan awakens when he almost dies.

Though it's weird just awakening them allowed the duo to jump from Tier 7-6 to 5-B. Given that Naruto only has half of Kurama and a small portion of all the other tailed beasts, and also considering that Naruto lacks a Gedo Statue, Naruto shouldn't even be as strong as Juubito. Sasuke too, just having the Rinnegan won't buff him to Juubidara's level who has TWO Rinnegans AND the actual Ten Tails sealed within him.

So Hagoromo probably did gave them his power? Half for each? Maybe half of Hagoromo's power is added to their base forms and the rest of their amps just covers the rest to Juubidara's level.

50% Hagoromo = Base Naruto <= Pre-Shinju Juubidara < SPSM Naruto <= One Eye Juubidara < Two Eye Juubidara = Hagoromo = Sasuke =< SPSM KCM Naruto

Might explain why Base Naruto is capable of keeping up with Sasuke who has his dojutsus active.

Also Low 5-B+ Base Naruto post power up. 👀

its likely a combination of both situations. naruto and hagaromo said they had recieved half of his power so it probalby got added on top of what they already had and then the forms further boosted them

A few notes.

-Isnt 3T Sasuke only on Kinshiki's level?
-Chojuro is a physical fighter, so his sword attacks should be his strongest techniques
-Kashin Koji should be stated to be in Sage Mode

Actually yeah I should remove some of the < signs. Momoshiki and Kinshiki doesn't seem to be all that different in power.

On tsb page it says this.
(The Truth Seeking Balls negate and erase all Ninjutsu they come into contact with, which includes energy and elemental based attacks, Edo Tensei, and Dust Release to name a few, with the exception of those imbued with natural energy and space time ninjutsu)

what were the reasoning for space time ninjutsu?
I find it weird cause im pretty sure they are capable of destroying space time so whats the difference

They are able to destroy space time but Because kamui can teleport them away it got removed. Its a pretty dumb reason imo but king i belive made a crt removing it weeks ago

Do we even see them somehow erasing space-time aside from Kaguya's massive one? The TSBs get consistently teleported around by Tobirama, Kakashi, and Minato. They clearly don't resist space-time ninjutsu.
