I cant speak about the calc itself but narratively it shouldnt be an issue, the bijuu are the catalyst,mcguffen and measuring stick for most of the series in a setting where a variety of High 7-A to 6-C characters scale up from one another already.

I think fused momoshiki should be higher. Because:Base Momo+Kinshiki=156.4 zettatons and 50% chakra Naruto can keep up with this form.
50% chakra Naruto=156.4 zettatons and Base Momo absorbs it:78.2+156.4=234.6 zettatons(base Momo)
234.6+78.2=312.8 zettatons (fused momo)

Base momo absorbs that then fuses with kin so that chakra he absorbed just went into the fusion which is only 156.
