Bonus: Naruto can fused with Fukasaku and Shima and having His dad's Flying Thunder God Technique as well, Can he take them all at once?

Agree with this fully besides the Naruto vs Indra and Asura. We don't really know anything about the power of the two brothers.

2."Asura and Indra" Asura and Indra have basically no feats. This match can't be decided because we don't know how powerful Asura or Indra is.

3 " Prime Juubi" We don't really know how powerful the Juubi was in it's prime so I can't really say anything about this.

4 "Prime Hagoromo and Hamura" Either one could casually solo.

5 "Kaguya Otsutsuki" Kaguya casually stomps.

As for the Bonus round, no he definitely can not take them all at once.

Naruto has better DC and Durability compared to Madara so I think that would make up for most of Madara's hax. The best hax he has is the Infinite Tsukuyomi and the only one that would work on Naruto. Naruto could beat Madara before he activated the IT.

But Madara after absorbing the Shinju is immortal. Naruto's only way to win is by sealing him, and he can't make a Chibaku Tensei without Sasuke's help. IT would win the fight.

Just because Madara is immortal doesn't mean that he can't get hurt (Gai in the 8th gate was able to hurt him, Sasuke cut Madara in half, Naruto's Magma Rasenshuriken cut Madara, etc).

"IT would win the fight." If Naruto's DC or Durability was comparable or weaker than Madara's then I would say that you're right and that Madara's IT would end the fight. But that is not the case here. Madara is weaker in both DC and Durability to Naruto and the only hax that he has that would allow him to win would be IT. How is Madara going to use IT before he gets killed by a stronger, more durable opponent. A few Truth Rasenshuikens would kill Madara as he can't regen from them.

Madara couldn't be killed after he absorbed the Shinju, he was immortal like Kaguya, who couldn't be killed normally, she had to be sealed. He regenerated from all the attacks you mentioned and that was before he even absorbed the Shinju.

He only got hurt by Guy and Naruto before he absorbed the Shinju. Truth seeking balls don't affect Juubi jinchuurikis, or people with Sage Mode.
