I'm surprised this actually slipped my mind, but I forgot to split values for a lot of ratings. This will be a slight downgrade, nothing too severe.
Kurama Mode Naruto and EMS Sasuke scale to 1.06 Teratons via Hashirama's Wood Golem which can shake the Earth's core. However, the only one that scales to this would be the Majestic Attire Susano'o as it can take multiple hits from this Wood Golem. And since Majestic Attire is Susano'o strength + Kurama's strength, the value would split to 530 Gigatons (High 6-C+). However, Naruto only has 50% of Kurama, so this value would split again. So Kurama Mode Naruto and EMS Sasuke would scale to 265 Gigatons (High 6-C). So it's pretty cut and dry.
However, this doesn't end here. Base Adult Naruto and The Last Sasuke scale to 16.883 ExaFoe via Naruto, alongside Sasuke, being stated as having the strongest attack in history in just their base states, which would put them above Kaguya's ETSB. But this would be a feat of combined strength, and Naruto and Sasuke shouldn't scale to the full value. So it would be Naruto + Sasuke strongest attack > ETSB, which means the value would split. So Base Adult Naruto would just upscale from 8.441 ExaFoe. Now we begin the scaling chain.
