the without Ki and off guard arguments have been inconsistent. One second, Goku isn't even bullet level, and the next, he is taking Frieza's punches when he is off guard. Goku isn't wall level when he is sleeping. Goku can make himself weaker, but he isn't wall level by himself.

But that's irrelevant. At any rate Naruto characters have similar situations to what I said before.
