So, this is a real feat of LS/FTL or a Teleport? or is an Outlier/hiperbole/Inconsistency, and Why about this?

This has been discussed before and iirc, the consensus was that after appearing in the area after being teleported at lightspeed, they proceed to move at their normal speeds. The flash of light isn't necessarily a mere flash of light, but could be a few seconds of light like most everytime it is used in fiction.

Actually, wouldnt the Madara part of him reacting to and blocking the light-speed teleportation attack be legit? Not saying he should be upgraded btw.

For the hundredth time, no. The pair did not come down on Madara with the teleportation, but struck him AFTER they finished teleporting while he was distracted by the blinding flash.

Even if it was legit, its an outlier because of Madara's "lightning fang" attack.
