I think TFO had a problem with the bear feat. From what I remember it's supposed to be lowered to High 8-C, so Sauce would be at that level physically and 8-A with Katon through the new calc.

Boruto>Neji in taijutsu not by much

Boruto>Naruto in jutsu, Chakra Control, versatility, intelligence

If Boruto was 7C he'd literally give Naruto and his clones the literal same treatment that Neji and Kimimaro gave them. We can't forget that Boruto's fighting style is basically the gentle fist mixed with Rock Lee's and Sasuke's taijutsu. He may not be able to use gentle fist perfectly cause of his eye but he is way better than Naruto part 1 in taijutsu. Boruto has been getting trained by his mother in gentle fist since he was a child.

Imo Boruto would stump Kurama chakra enhanced Naruto that fought Neji.

Karma would make it a stump if Boruto was 7C

Oh no Kep has completely shut that down if I remember correctly in the blog that was made for the downgrade
 
no way boruto is better than neji lol neji could fight 6 naruto's at the same time without his byakugan my dude. than we have him destroying hundreds of arrows per second in the sasuke rescue arc. not even close. he is good, but more like, hinata good.
 
I actually don't think Kishi is all that Involved with Boruto at all, and his name is just used to give the series some legitimacy, just like how Steven Spielberg is listed to be a producer on so many films despite not being involved in any meaningful way
