Kurama was talking about Naruto's Chakra Control (Which directly relates to AP).

So Base Naruto essentially >= Minato. But that being the case, SM and KCM scale upwards as well.

Krak is something cracking in naruto.
Not to mention KCM1 barely affected Obito with his rasengan yet Base naruto can supposedly crack Madaras ribcage

I accept the anime and if we go by it the Creaking sound can be heard even when Madara is moving his Susanoo around, we can even assume that its from the ground considering the pillar Onoki created collapsed below Madara.

Base Naruto could fight exhaused Pain and even if you want to argue that he was 100% in manga they physically touched once after which Naruto turned back to SM

About being forced yea if we accepted that we would need to scale Kage to PS Madara considering he was "forced" into it at the end

He did. SM Naruto tried using the Odama Rasengan but Madara blocked it w/ his Susano ribcage. Idk what chapter it happen (cause it did happened in the manga) but it shows it in the anime as well basically Madara vs 1000 ninja before he got the rinnegan

Well there was a reason why SM Naruto (War) got an At Least cause it was discussed in that revision way back.

Also what we gonna do about Base Naruto (War) since Kurama said he surpassed Minato

But Kakashi was 7-B due to harmingvthe v2 Jinchuriki. That said, if they do get bumpedvto 7-A, then so doed Kakashi and Minato and Bade Naruto.

If we use characters at their strongest, then War Arc KCM and SM would be above 7-A or "At Least High 7-A+" realistically. I'll also search for feats to scale from.
