The TSB has AP + Hax Durability Negation. The substance itself acts as Jinton, sure, but the Databook states it contains power within to destroy Forest or Worlds in the Case of ETSB.
My guess is,just like Toneri, TSB users can transform TSB into pure Energy Attacks. That's the only logical explanation I see.
