The Non-Physical Interaction based on Black Zetsu still seems a bit iffy to me. Didn't one of the swordsmen from the Mist Village cut Black Zetsu in half?

They did, it was both black and white Zetsu, white Zetsu later escaped from the ground

I actually agree with Damage3245 here. Is there a better feat for Kaguya's portal? Moving through Ice isn't exactly proof of being intangible since Ice isn't exactly an intangible material to begin with, it's more of a solid more than anything.

That said, imo, Betsu's a blob with the ability to phase. I mean, what feats does he have to show that he's entirely non-corporeal? Passing through the ground? Rock nin do that.

Tbf black zetsu got hit by pure Chakra. Chakra connects many things anyway including space, souls, time, and much more. Zetsu getting hit by pure chakra makes sense

If they all think that's best, then that's fine - though I'd remove the bit referencing Black Zetsu if the portal feat is what is being used for Non-Physical Interaction.

Just a thought though, if Naruto didn't have Non-Physical Interaction, what do you think would have happened when he tried to grab the edges of the portal?

so i think its either Spatial Interaction or resistance to Spatial or limited spatial manipulation

Yeah, I think Gemmysaur is also correct that it's more likely Spatial Interaction than NPI.
