He prevents it from closing by holding it with his strength. Nothing to do with spatial manipulation. That's reaching.

If you can touch a portal in space that would be spatial manipulation itself depending on the type of portal it is. All portals in Naruto are considered time space jutsus and Naruto can touch one of the strongest.

Like seriously why is everything got to have AP included with it??? You don't need AP to touch something that can only be effected with hax.

About the stuff in the OP:
Resistance to Possession: Isn't Naruto dodging rather than resisting?
Body Control is fine.
NPI is fine if the portal is intangible.
Mind manipulation, Pain's NPI, and camouflage are fine.
The other stuff I can't check so i'll leave it to someone else

Regarding the 'Resistance to Possession' bit, Naruto is just throwing Black Zetsu off of him after Black Zetsu was absorbing some of his chakra. Black Zetsu wasn't trying to possess Naruto.
He should probably have Resistance to Paralysis instead as he was paralyzed by Kaguya just a few moments before, and he starts moving when Sasuke (who was also paralyzed) couldn't move.

I'm not too sure if that's a resistance to Spatial Manipulation, the Portal itself seems to be created through Spatial Manipulation but I don't think holding it would offer resistance to Spatial Manipulation. I think something along the lines of "Limited resistance to Spatial Manipulation." ( Was able to hold open a portal bare handed. ) since he seems to be struggling going by the grunt he made and I'm not sure how particle it would be in a combat scenario, let's say that Obtio or Kakashi used Kamui on Naruto it'd obviously still effect him despite this limited resistance.

Dude when BZ was trying to take over Naruto and Sasuke's body. Stop someone from moving is a form of possession. BZ shouldn't even have paralysis

I agree with this, Zetsu was absorbing their Chakra and they were paralyzed before he even reached them.Damage3245 said:

The Non-Physical Interaction based on Black Zetsu still seems a bit iffy to me. Didn't one of the swordsmen from the Mist Village cut Black Zetsu in half?
