mmmh the Kage like Mei and Ay and Kisame(for right now imo) and Itachi scales for obvious reasons and anyone stronger or comparable to them that is already on the list. I just realized but did we forget about Danzo
 
If everything here is good then we need to talk about Base Naruto (war) since he surpassed Minato. just asking but will KCM Naruto get an "At Least" or will he be like High 7-A? also i wanna ask about the filler Chikara arc....SM Naruto was beating the crap out of his 4 or 6 Tailed clone and yes i know that since its filler yall gonna say that it doesn count but even if thats true, filler arc still stay true to what they do when it comes to powerscaling and I had alsways believed that SM Naruto could beat a V2 Jinchuriki. During the fight against Sasuske, Ay's Lightning Release V2 was stated by Karin (an Uzumaki, chakra sensor, and fought an Tailed Beast) said that Ay was "approaching Tailed Beasts chakra"
 
i agree with Deidara scaling to Sasuke which is even more proof for Deidara's 7A rating and same for sasuke's 7A rating. But why does Hebi sasuke not scale to base sasuke??? Base sasuke was the one who used the Kirin right???

I dont see the reason behind SM naruto being 7A effecting base Naruto???
 
i wanted to bring up Tobirama later because he will effect the scaling in a big way. If he scales then Kin and Gen would scale obviously but is KN4 rated as 7A tho???

Tobirama would cause Minato in base to scale most likely and Hiruzen and then Base Naruto most likely will scale from this also Madara would be 7A in base which i agree with strongly lol like i was feeling a type of way knowing Madara wasnt 7A but instead 7B scaling from Tobirama
 
Dang bruh we forgot about Konan and Obito in base!!! This means even more reason as to why Minato should be 7A in base because he fought Obito who is pretty damn strong himself since he helped Itachi kill the whole Uchiha clan
 
obito should atleast be comparable to Itachi, Minato and Kakashi. lets not forget kid obito wiped out Jounin and Anbu when he was just healed by Madara. Jounin and Anbu are already rated as 7C and he completely smashed them.
 
Hiruzen should scale from Oro and isnt Tobirama stronger than Hiruzen and we obviously see his chakra pressure can cause taka to flinch
 
doesnt Oro scale to Pervy Sage and Tsuande at his full power. He could fight KN4 naruto while heavily weakened
 
Oro scales to Base Jiraiya and somewhat to Base Tsunade.

KN4 is getting downgraded to 7-C as his 7-B calc is no longer 7-B.
 
What about the fact that Tobirama with him power was able to make even EM Sasuke flinch with his power?
 
Sannin should scale based on what Itachi said, and Kisame admitted fighting Jiraiya would probably be impossible for him. Though I'm not sure how we're going to do things...

Hebi Sasuke tanked attacks from Deidara and Itachi + Itachi took Sasuke's Katon with slight burns.
 
why is KN4 Naruto getting downgraded?? Can i see the thread where it was decided upon cause this would mean people like Sasuke could smash KN4 naruto Deidara was overwhelmed by 3 tails naruto even tho he was a Clay clone which is why he made it and Pervy sage got a pretty nast scar from 4 tails as well

Well if thats so i see no problem with Tobirama scaling to energy needed to create kirin, same goes to the Sannin/Hiruzen.
 
what should kage level characters normally be rated at anyway tho, cause most of them seem like they will normally be 7A and Madara should be 7A obviously. Only kages i cant think of are chojiro(dont really know tbh, do we consider him weak), Mizukage with no eye brows lmao, and Tsuchikage who could still cast jutsus while getting attacked by KCM Naruto's violent rasengan and could fight Onoki

Where is the thread at if you know where it is that Kep's calc got rejected? it wouldn make sense since we already have people who r 7-C
 
Kage level character should be rated at 7-C by default as Kitsuchi who has a 7-C feat was stated to be kage level

Them being 7-A by default is baseless.

EDIT:Yes Madara is 7-A
