Naraku vs Alucard

Round 1 : Naraku hasn't shikon vs Alucard (Pre-Schrodinger)

Round 2 : Naraku has shikon vs Alucard (Post-Schrodinger)

Who win and why ?

Naraku 3rd Form
Alucard hellsing

I'm making some assumptions about this:

Speed is Equalized and KO/BFR counts as victory.

In those scenarios, Naraku wins first round barely via versatility. Round two, Naraku takes easily by wishing that Alucard never existed.

well sir, post-schrodinger Alucard is an imaginary number, he exist and doesn't exist at the same time. you can make him never exist yes, but his existence is tied to how he is aware of himself, so if you take away his existence he can just think that he exist, voila.

and Naraku without shikon? Alucard will eat his body and digest his soul.

Naraku takes both scenarios. He's more versatile and can devour Alucard from the inside. Furthermore he is a master manipulator that could easily get in Alucard's already messed up head.
