nappa vs ditto

Since Metal Powder only affects Ditto BEFORE it Transforms, it doesn't help much here, since it has time to Transform into Nappa; If it had time, then Nappa probably didn't attack pre-Transformed Ditto, & so, Metal Powder would be irrelevant.
Anyhow, Nappa is still a pretty competent Saiyan Warrior when he's not mad, & the more experienced & probably more skilled with his abilities, too. At the very least, he might be initially.
Ditto can probably learn through copying what Nappa does & feeling the form out.
But as long as Nappa doesn't succumb to his weakness of fighting poorly when mad because Ditto stole his appearance, I'd say he's probably got this because of better skill & experience at being Nappa. When he's not angry, anyway.

nappa only destroyes planets whit weaker beings then himself. he has never shown any h2h and wasent implied to have any, as sayans enemies dont tend to be humanoid and tend to be weaker then them

Inconclusive.
Their going to be equal in all stats but Nappa is a capable fighter and that's a fact, but Ditto has Metel Powder which will give him a speed boost but considering Ditto doesn't know how to use Nappa's full power he'll likely lose.
Note: What I mean by Nappa's full power is the fact that he must be calm and level headed to utilize his power to the fullest.
But Nappa in character won't start out calm and would need to feel pressure before getting calm which could give Ditto a chance catch him off gaurd but considering they will be equal in power Ditto's attack likely won't be enough to end Nappa before he gets calm.
