The Low-godly is for Arthur and Cath since Chaos has no physical form.

I am not sure if just it is enough to low-godly, as ghosts also have no physical form as well but they dont have low-godly by default

Yeah, I mean, more like a fusion, similar to Namekian's assimilation, as when Piccolo fused with Kami, I know it's a different verse, but I find It pretty similar, the same as Chaos being a living Will Aka AE type 1 as Infinity Zamasu

Well No, I mean, it's more like a fusion/assimilation, Chaos'd body and Arthur's are linked so It should be, no?
Or at least getting a Likely/possible AE type 1 should be fine thought.
