Simply collapsing stuff on top of it wouldn't kill, since 9-A durability. However, since this takes place underground, it could incapacitate it.

Collapsing a building is very much within his luck capability, and his luck often randomly triggered by itself whenever Nagito was in danger (A container truck failed to squashed him due to a vending machine saved his ass). So it's possible for his luck to save him (by making the whole underground collapsed all of the sudden). His luck also good enough to prevent the falling debris from landing on top of him.
