I'm going to go with Mysterio since he can control how the fight goes with his illusions, and there's not much that Vulture can do to see what's really going on.

30 minutes of prep basically means no prep for Mysterio, which is okay, I'd reckon, he's just restricted to two drones, which do the job fine.

Anyways yeah this is pretty decisive, Vulture can potentially destroy the drones with collateral damage of the Chitauri, but the chances of that happening aren't very likely. I'll vote Beck too
