What about the harder to tell abilities? You know, the ones that are harder to discern from each other, like Daybringer having Dream vs Sleep Manipulation. Rarity with Portals vs Teleportation. Or Twilight using two streams of electricity on pirates.
 
I'm unsure about Daybringer, what's the more in depth context of being able to wake someone up from a dream they can't wake up from on their own? For Rarity, portal creation seems fine. And Twilight having electricity manipulation seems solid.
 
I'm not completely sure myself. Her shock collar zapped her as she was casting the spell, but Daybreaker takes credit for it when they wake up. I forgot to mention Daybringer/Celestia should probably get fire manipulation. Probably supported by Celestia lighting herself on fire against her Mirror counterpart.

While unrelated to the comics, should Rarity have teleportation as well if her younger sister knows it? This is primarily a comic ability addition thread, but I was interested in adding other abilities as well. For instance, Life Manipulation should probably be added to magic users in general. What, with magic being referred to as Life Force by Cozy and "Essence" by Chrysalis. Interestingly, they don't die when it gets taken, but then again, there are two definitions of life force, one of which being that it gives strength and vitality instead of keeping you alive, which they lose an immense amount of when it gets taken.
 
I'm still unsure about the context of Daybreaker's feat, but the other abilities look good.

Yes. It is to make sure that staff members only get notified if it is about something genuinely important, or at least reasonably so.

Amelia is not online (In terms of being on VSBW), however, I did message her and she left a message on the blog post. After she did that we talked again and got things resolved. Best to read these after you read her blog comment for context.

Extraordinary Genius is fine, but Nigh-Omniscient seems like a massive exaggeration. What would it be based on?
 
That's just advanced precognition.
 
In fact, after checking the image, it just seems to be standard Extraordinary Genius-level supercomputer-style predicting of future developments.
 
Extrodinary Genius and Precogniton/Cosmic Awareness seems solid, but Nigh-Omniscience seems iffy FRA. The stuff Amelia commented in the blog also looks good.
 
Predicting how her former friends would act in different scenarios via sheer intelligence is not cosmic awareness. My apologies.
 
I have now read though the blog, and think that most of it seems fine to apply, but I do not think that using Discord as a conduit to find his home "dimension" nearly counts as cosmic awareness either.

Maybe some form of mixture of psychometry, claivoyance, and otherwise enhanced senses/perceptions?

Could be a variant of dimensional travel+clairvoyance. They planned on opening a portal, but couldn't (Likely due to Pinkie Pie "changing the locks"), so they opened a window to peer into it instead.

We should also replace Twilight's Casualty Manipulation with Alternate Future Display. It's far more fitting and sounds less exaggerated. I'm not even sure how it would manipulate casualty.

Stygian should also have telekinesis based on this. We should also preferably rename his page title to Stygian. The Pony of Shadows is just a form he takes when he accepted the darkness. His original name and his original form should come first, not a temporary form he no longer has.

On the topic of page titles, we should remove (My Little Pony Friendship is Magic IDW) from Cosmos. We typically don't add extra pieces like that, and it's just a mouthful of a page title anyways. Plenty of characters have no need to have the series they come from listed directly in their primary page title.
 
All of those suggestions seem fine to me, but I am very tired and busy, so I would appreciate if somebody else handles it.
 
Ah yes, there was one last little detail I felt like adding. This is less of a power and more of a quote for Twilight's Unicorn form. Each quote comes from her during her current state. Her Alicorn quote was as an Alicorn, her timeskip quote is during her timeskip form, etc. Of course, her Unicorn form has a quote from when she's an Alicorn. In light of that, I was hoping to fix that by adding an old quote we used to use added by Amelia on December 12, 2016.

There are several characters name Cosmos, so I prefer to keep "My Little Pony" at least. But IDW needs to be removed.
