He specifically has a quirk called transformating arms though, and we see that Muscular never does anything like what is demonstrated in that page.

Yeah all we see are trajectory lines of a projectile.
It could be a bullet, a laser, maybe even a projectile of bodily fluids, but for now we're unsure.

TUM canonicity has been into question for awhile, I personally do not believe it to be canon. But it's not 100 percent, it could be canon but honestly I'd prefer if it wasn't.

This is the FTE in question for anyone who hasn't read TUM. I'd say it's fair to assume it is FTE given Deku says "...huh?" when the guy disappeared.
Also the Villain seems rather confident in his speed allowing him to move faster than people can see, though obviously, Hawks could keep up and completely embarrassed him in the speed department, casually too.

Most FTE feats are considered subsonic+ (although I disagree because FTE is about more factors than speed). If we had the distance the dude moved we could probably get a speed for that.

It's usually subsonic but like Insert said it also has a lot of factors, you only really need to be a little bit faster than a human's normal perception speed to be FTE, it also has something to do with size, distance, etc.. Flies and Mosquitoes can be FTE to us, for example.
To calculate it, most of the calcs I've seen calculate the distance that the FTE character crossed and divide it by the perception speed or reaction speed of the other character who couldn't perceive or react to them. Often this gives inflated numbers however for one reason or another, but that's just my opinion.

Muscular coming back is something I've been waiting for. Even though he served his purpose back in the forest camp, I always wanted him to come back for some reason. And the art this chapter is 10/10, that final panel is amazing. Also looks like AFO has telekinesis.

Who used the EMP to shut down the surveillance system? Shigaraki? I don't recall him having electromagnetic quirk, radio waves should be different, right?
So the prison cell at the end of the hallway was AFO's, right? And that flashing electricity was caused by him? Is surveillance really the only thing keeping AFO from escaping? Lol
