There was a vs battle of that a while ago, but it was back when he had that stupid 7-C AP thing so he lost as decay isn't enough to win against characters way more skilled. If all his quirks scale to his physicals my vote's for the king. (If he gets new order it's a borderline stomp)
How does that work? As long as the character isn’t a higher dimensionality, speed blitz + dura neg should allow a character to win against APs above them
Speed was equalized and without any other quirks to use(air cannon, rivet stab, heavy payload, radio waves ...) it mainly just comes down to can tomura realistically touch the character in a close-range battle if the other character massively out skills.
Tomura was likely told by them am was getting weaker via “is it true ur getting weaker?” If tomura knows id assume doctor told them

Honestly, real facts Tomura's pants are the most durable thing in this entire verse. Prominence burn, full 100% rage smash, giant laser beams, nukes. Those things are more durable than Prime AM, and don't need any regeneration.
