Firstly, Cassis Worm's Clock Up Freeze is confirmed to be a ultra-high-speed movement rather than time-stopping (or something very similar).

In episode 41, Cassis easily defeats Hyper Kabuto, who uses Hyper Clock Up, with the Freeze technique. Even the Worm Work guidebook confirms that Freeze is a superior super-speed ability compared to Hyper Clock Up.

As we know, Hyper Kabuto's Hyper Clock Up allows acceleration to immeasurable speeds, a ability transcending even spacetime.

Therefore, it's plausible that Cassis Worm, with Clock Up Freeze, also possesses immeasurable speed.

TLDR: Cassis Worm might have immeasurable speed thanks to Clock Up Freeze, an ability surpassing Hyper Clock Up.

If what it's said is true then it can potentially be infinite speed if his movements alone stops the time, but the visual representation of that feat seems like time stop.

Also transcending time & space is very vague term without any supportive evidence for immeasurable speed.

As I've presented, Clock Up Freeze is confirmed to be an high speed ability closer to time stop than a pure time-stopping power.

Regarding Hyper Clock Up, it's an ability that transcends time itself, allowing the user to move through all of spacetime (past, present, and future). Even in its debut episode,Hyper Clock Up demonstrated its ability to travel backwards through time by saving Gattack/Kagami Arata from destruction by a Worm , thereby altering the predetermined future.

Btw, I thought Kabuto's profile on VSBW already recognized Hyper Clock Up as immeasurable speed?

About this, Cassis Worm's information on Kamen Rider Zukan, an official site that archives information on KR characters, explicitly stated that Freeze is a time-stopping ability.
He has the ability to mimic humans, and can also activate the super high-speed movement "Clock Up" that is only possible for a certain period of time, which is common to all adult worms. In addition, he has the ability "Freeze" to stop the target by placing his left hand in front of his chest. He can even nullify "Clock Up", which allows high-speed movement, and it appears to a third party that he is teleporting.

Special features/powers: Clock up, mimicry ability, "freeze" ability that stops time, thrusting sword in right arm, regeneration ability

Yeah, I know that.

TV Asahi, Chouzenshu, Mook Book, and most sources regarding Classic Worm all describe his Freeze ability as stopping time.

However, a couple of other sources, like the Worm Art Book (by Yasushi Nirasawa), Kamen Rider Battle City War, and Kamen Rider AUTUMN magazine, describe it as a high-speed ability similar to the other two Clock Up versions, but superior. That's why I created this thread to see if we could potentially justify a higher speed for Cassis Worm.

Looks like I'm coping too hard. 🫠

It is not surprising, given how inconsistent Toei can be at times.

That being said, Cassis Worm's freezing Hyper Clock Up is still an impressive feat, so we could have mention his ability to affect characters with immeasurable speed.

I believe this should only grant him Immeasurable reaction speed given he was able to move his arms after Kabuto used the Hyper Clock Up. I don't think Freeze being a super-high speed move is something backed up in the series, most of the sources treat it as a time-stopping technique potent enough to affect Hyper Clock Up, which could mean it is also layered time stop since Hyper Clock Up transcends time.
