Why wouldn't the death hax affect you ?

1. His Death Hax isn't too strong

2. He doesn't resist absolutely everything, only things that have been thrown at him in the past, and you can't even resist having your attacks reflected

3. Adaptation doesn't increase his speed, it just lets him get more resistant to attacks of a nature he's not used to
