Saying Karna would die to any attack without his armor is kind of insulting to him. In Apocrypha he died to sieg because he spammed all of his NP in rapid succession draining his mana then he got stabbed in the heart which is the core of servants. Draining mana and stabbed in his core? I can see that killing him. But any hit to him without the armor doesn't always kill.
Vlad impaled karna ALL over his body with his numerous stakes by summoning them from within karna (ignoring his armor's power) but he burned them away and shrugged it off.
In FGO he also got hit by Cu alter's NP which is insta death, ignores defense and also got enhanced power by the holy grail. Karna still lasted long enough to hit Cu alter, who's speed is A+ , with vasavi shakti which would have killed if it weren't for the grail giving him regen and instead left him with horrible burns that forced Cu to retreat.
Also Karna has gotten some new feats in the new FGO chapter as well as new animations for his NP and attacks
His armor was shown its full power, He blocked a world destroying and reconstructing NP from God Arjuna who absorbed all the Hindu deities into himself. Karna ultimately died to this but using his armor he blocked the attack for several seconds enough to allow the protagonist group to dimension hop away. So his armor is strong enough to block reality bending towards him but can only last a few seconds against world reality manipulation
After being revived and absorbing the power of a few hindu gods himself (Vishnu and Shiva) he manages to defeat God arjuna who still has all the hindu gods in him. He barely defeats him and is left with zero mana but still manages to maintain his existence for a few minutes with his own willpower, after losing the god powers, before fading away.
Not sure if any of this will change your opinions but just wanted to clarify some points and update Karna's capabilities. If one of you guys can update his profile it would be nice. I'm not familiar with all the terms in this wiki.
