Music video personas? (Staff only)

I'm personally okay with musical profiles as long as it builds its own universe with its own characters like with Steam Powered Giraffe and Gorillaz, and as long as there's enough info to warrant a full profile. Characters who appear in songs but have virtually no information like Maxwell Edison shouldn't be allowed because there's just not enough to them and personas of real life performers I'm neutral about.

I don't really like the idea of profiles for music video personalities. We made an exception in one case as the characters were getting a fully fledged animated series with proper feats. But it'd be advisable to not allow such profiles in other cases, especially since a lot of "music personas" are very controversial.
