So, I got this Antagonist that is, lets say 11 tons or High 8-C and said Antagonist also has possessed/mind controlled around 412,000,000 other characters of about similar AP and said Antagonist is currently getting his ass beat by one of the Protagonists. In an attempt at not losing, the Antagonist then decides to clump together all 412,000,000 possessed/mind controlled characters into one giant super villain, kinda as if they were lego bricks.

If the Antagonist after the merger never really exerts itself and basically stomps every other Protagonist without even really lifting a finger (literally) then is it possible to determine said Antagonists AP? Can we just multiply it's 11 tons by 412,000,000 times or is that a bit over board?

I don't think we assume a fusion of multiple characters is necessarily their strength put together / their strength mutliplied by how many of them there are unless there are explicit statements / evidence.

Normally, yeah I'd agree with that. This isn't really your normal fusion though, is my main point. I mentioned legos in the OP as a approximation. Individual lego bricks can be smashed a lot easier then a cube made of many interlocked bricks. I assumed it'd be similar for the now mountain sized Antagonist.

No, either the fused creature iss as strong as its size allows it, it scale to whoever defeated/stomped, or has its own feats. AP is not accumulative, for instance, an army is as strong as its individuals, and fused characters strength can vary, from x1.2 to x100 (this is an example).
