Mr. Stegosaurus, I don't feel so good.

I mean in length and height as well, my bad for not specifying ^^;. trying to figure out what the joules would be and if Thanos has the size advantage (which I doubt atm).
 
8-9.7 meters in length between 4 and 5 meters in height judging by the size range chart posted in it's gallery.
 
Then may vote Allo via larger size because atm idk which has a higher AP.

EDIT: If going by the lowest for Allo ( 48,611 J ), Thanos wins. I am not posative about other sizes.
