Pretty sure Mr. Game and Watch has no way to overcome 096's Low-Mid. But, the way 096 works is that it chases, catches, and kills the person that looks at it. While MG&W's ressurection would likely overcome the rage-state, he wouldn't be aware of what triggers 096, and therefor wouldn't avoid looking at it's face

How does MG&W's Flight work in-character?
