Cause Burns is still 10-C. That doesn't suddenly make his weapon weaker. His gun can be restricted. But his gun can't be restricted down to a level it's not. His gun is 8-C and not any lower at any point

Because Burns being Physically 10-C doesn't effect the weapons he carries. Burns being 10-C vs Burns not having his gun are two very different situations. He can still be 10-C and carry his gun

Both are so comically weak. That they are the weakest across the country. But there's one big thing that keeps Burns in the game against Cartman. Just being around him can make you sick. He once breathed on a fruit and it died immediately due to all his illness. Plus Burns is way smarter and more manipulative. Frankly could trick Cartman with words if he needed. Burns is also. Debatable more evil and dirty. Which says a lot. Going burns

I think Burns is just SO comically weak to the point that he is often portrayed as not being able to step on insects or struggling to pull a lolipop out the hands of an infant. Cartman just isn't that weak. However, I do think that a potential outcome is for Burns to bribe Cartman to take a dive at which point Burns could probably do something to finish him off, though I can't think of anything right now

That infant was Maggie who has Class 5 scaling. She rag dolls Bart and Lisa, and has yeeted a baby stronger than homer. So that one isn't valid. And We shouldn't use that version of him. He is Vastly vastly more consistent on the level of a child to slightly stronger than a child. He always carries his gun (and sometimes multiple guns) around which requires way more force to stomp a bug. He has carried rifles, bowling balls, machine guns, heck the metal hat he wears would require more energy to lift than it would take to crush A bug. His super weak moments are extremely inconsistent, even for Burns. Heck, we have far more instances of Burns scaling to the Simpsons Cast than we have Burns being that pathetic. We should scale him to an average child to maybe slightly below or above depending on said child I'm his 10-C form. Not barley crushing a bug.

Fair enough. I still feel that Cartman is stronger. He's got more body mass to him. I do quite like the thought of me burns bribin this child to take a dive though lol
