The Yellow Pikmin is strong enough on the 10-C scale for a "+" sign, so I guess that gives him the AP advantage on top of being a much smaller target. Yellow Pikmin should take this easily.

agree with dark but to me depends on how strong burns is going to be portrayed at his weakest strongest or midway at burns' peak he is wall level being able to take hits from the cast like homer or grandpa but this is a 10-C battle midway is a combined of burns being weak but not that weak he can do things like lift normal object and do normal human functions but still struggle and require alot of help from characters like smithers but he can do things like lift 5 pounds at most but at weakest he can die due to a breeze from statments yeah midway burns is alot more consistant but yel pikmin still can do more damage to burns he can lift more than the pikmin but that's about it
