Despite him not having many Pokémon, notably only possessing a Pikachu and a Charizard, I feel like a page can be made for him. The reason I'm suggesting this and that it wouldn't be redundant is because there is reason to believe that Ash's Pikachu in this movie is a 6-B, and that it isn't PIS.

Ash's Pikachu and his Charizard both fought against Marshadow, and this is while Marshadow was empowered by the Rainbow Feather. I wouldn't say this exactly warrants Marshadow or the others a 6-B rating, but after Charizard, Pikachu, and many other trainers and Pokémon were empowered by Ho-Oh, like, that was literally what the Pokémon waited a long time on Mount Tensei for, and then all of a sudden after the empowerment, Pikachu just fights against Ho-Oh for several hours, and by the end of the fighting, didn't get knocked out. He was worn down, but I mean, he did just fight like Marshadow and a whole bunch of Ground types capable of Existence Erasure after being empowered and possessed by Marshadow.

So, thoughts?

Ho-Oh did amp them. That's what all of the Pokémon on Mount Tensei were waiting for. Ho-Oh amped Pikachu. And then Pikachu fought Ho-Oh to a standstill for several hours. I can grab scans mentioning the amp.

Marshadow also has a good power mimicry:

"It slips into the shadows of others and mimics their powers and movements. As it improves, it becomes stronger than those it's imitating."
"It sinks into the shadows of people and Pokémon, where it can understand their feelings and copy their capabilities."

Why 6-B Pikachu? Where in the movie does it say or even imply Pikachu was amped? I'm fine with 6-B Ash, that'd actually make a lot of sense considering his win-loss ratio against legendaries. I just don't think it was stated Pikachu was amped.

He and many other Pokémon were given power by Ho-Oh. Bonji said that's why the Pokémon were waiting on the mountain. And so he amped Pikachu to where he could fight him to a standstill for several hours.

I brought up a point that wasn't brought up in that thread, and that point I that Pikachu was amped by Ho-Oh, which is a very important point for this not to be passed off as PIS.
